Stemax Development (represented by Max Stempleuski) operates the TorMemoryCards mobile application (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We built TorMemoryCards as a Free app. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) like names, emails, or phone numbers. However, the app uses secure third-party services (Google Firebase Analytics and Cloud Firestore) that may process anonymous technical identifiers to monitor app stability, analyze performance, and enable online multiplayer game features.

2. Children’s Privacy and COPPA Compliance

This Application is designed for children (category 3+) and strictly complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We do not use behavioral (personalized) advertising.
We have configured our advertising providers to serve only context-aware, age-appropriate ads.
All game progress and multiplayer data is processed anonymously using secure cloud infrastructure without linking to any real-world identity.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

To support the service, provide technical stability, and enable network features, we use the following third-party providers:

Google Play Services: Used for app functionality and stability.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to monitor app stability, gather diagnostic crash reports, and analyze performance data anonymously.
Cloud Firestore: Used to synchronize online multiplayer battles, track game room states, and update leaderboard wins using anonymous device tokens.
Google AdMob: Used to show rewarded video ads. We have configured AdMob to:
- Tag ad requests as child-directed (COPPA).
- Limit data collection to non-identifying technical information.
- Use a “G” content rating for all advertisements.

4. Data Security

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of your personal information being compromised. Any technical data processed by third-party SDKs is handled over secure, encrypted protocols (HTTPS) and is protected by Google’s secure cloud infrastructure.
